RECCO Advanced Rescue Technology is an international rescue system currently used by more than 900 ski resorts and rescue organizations in 32 countries. The search system is based on a technology by the Swedish company RECCO AB and it is the only one of its kind in the world.?

In recent years, the technology has been further developed into an efficient helicopter-based search system, which means that RECCO is now radically broadening its operations from avalanche rescue to also include searching for missing people in the outdoors, all year around. RECCO is now looking to strengthen the team with a Purchasing Manager. This role will mainly focus on purchasing and production coordination and you will be a key player at the office in Stockholm.



YOUR PROFILE:

In your current position you are independent and take great responsibility, you have several years of experience working with purchasing coordination, production planning and logistics. You enjoy being the ''spider in the web'' contributing to the organization's development and success. As RECCO is a company both at the forefront of technology and with a focus on "outdoor", you probably also like the outdoor lifestyle and have an interest in innovation and technology.



YOUR MISSION:

The work involves being responsible for coordinating production and purchasing, as well as some logistical and quality assurance tasks. As RECCO works internationally, the tasks include both Swedish and foreign purchases and stock. You will plan when products will be produced based on forecasts and communicate with the factories. Handling of freight between factories is part of your everyday tasks and improving quality management and follow-up is another component.



EXAMPLES OF RESPONSIBILITES:

- To work with the entire process, from orders, purchasing, planning, to logistics and deliveries.
- Maintaining a close dialogue with factories and suppliers, as well as with our own sales organisation and development department.
- Developing a purchasing, production, and quality process.
- Negotiating prices and contracts with suppliers.




TO BE SUCCESSFUL?IN THIS ROLE WE BELIEVE YOU WILL?NEED THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:?

- A university degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience from production and purchasing with international customers, preferably technical products.
- Having worked with Enterprise Resource Management-Systems (ERP), preferably Visma.
- Good computer skills.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written.
- Qualifying with a third language, for example Mandarin Chinese.
- Being outgoing, positive, and cooperative as a person.

Du är ansvarstagande och självgående i ditt nuvarande jobb, med flerårig erfarenhet av att sköta ett företags samtliga ekonomiska uppgifter. Du tycker om att vara spindeln i nätet och bidra till organisationens utveckling och framgång. Då RECCO är ett bolag både i teknikens framkant och med fokus på "outdoor" så gillar sannolikt även du friluftsliv och hög innovationstakt.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER

Tjänsten innebär helhetsansvar för löpande redovisning, periodiseringar, avstämningar samt kund- och leverantörskontra.

Då RECCO arbetar internationellt så innefattar arbetsuppgifterna både svenska och utländska betalningar och lager. Du gör månads och årsbokslut, koncernavstämningar, likviditet och löner. Du är även med och bidrar i budgetarbetet och uppföljning tillsammans med VD samt har kontakt med andra externa finansiella parter.

FÖR ATT LYCKAS I ROLLEN TROR VI ATT DU HAR

- En högskoleutbildning eller motsvarande med inriktning ekonomi och redovisning.
- Erfarenhet från redovisning med internationella kunder och affärsrelationer.
- Arbetat med Visma Admin 2000 och Visma lön samt gärna erfarenhet från digitala leverantörsfaktureringssystem.
- Mycket god datorvana.
- Flytande i svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift då tjänsten kräver det.
- Utåtriktad, positiv och samarbetsvillig som person och tycker om att integrera med människor.
